See the fiercest rapids in North America up close (i.e 20 foot high standing waves!) on NY State Park trails. We hike the whole gorge, from Lewiston to the American Falls, and catch a return shuttle via a Niagara Frontier Transit bus. Level 3 difficulty, as some footing is difficult and we climb a 300 foot high staircase. VALID PASSPORTS REQUIRED. Meet at 7:30 a.m at Guelph covered bridge parking lot on Gordon St. to arrange carpooling to Lewiston. Bring water, snacks and lunch.

Leader: Bill Mungall wmungall0809@rogers.com

 Level 3. Speed Moderate 17km
